Possibly the creepiest Cupcakes ever made. Thursday morning I was presented with these eerie treats as part of our “cook for a co-worker” fund raising activity. Why Cesar Romero? I had reoccurring nightmares about him as a kid and Owen (the chef responsible) thought it would be therapeutic for me to face my fears by devouring my childhood fear.
